Kelly comes from a long line of Southern women who have hospitality + party planning in their bones. A proud graduate of the College of Charleston, Kelly graduated cum laude with a BA in Theater + Dance Performance. Here, she starred + sang in a performance that earned her a nomination for the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival and was honored to perform in Spoleto Festival. After college, Kelly felt the call of the road to follow her favorite band around the country (as of this writing over 152 shows and counting….can you guess who?!?). Since 2014, Kelly has held a rich career in the events + wedding planning industry in Asheville, NC. As a full time luxury wedding planner for Verge Events, specializing in the Highlands/Cashiers area market, she consistently worked with such high caliber venues as the Omni Grove Park Inn, Grand Bohemian Asheville, Biltmore, Old Edwards Inn and High Hampton, As of 2024, she brings to ECE her love of organization, an exceptional eye for detail, years of event planning experience and a passion for music to the ECE team and she can’t wait to talk tunes with you!
