Laura’s connection to music started young—and it never faded. 🎶
What began as childhood performances grew into a lifelong passion for storytelling, creativity, and live entertainment.
This week, she’s celebrating 10 years at ECE. Over the past decade, Laura’s journey as an agent and producer has evolved into managing a roster of top-tier artists, bringing visionary concepts to life, and producing private shows with top acts like the @jonasbrothers and @mirandalambert.
Today, Laura channels that blend of performance experience and organizational talent into helping clients find entertainment that feels effortless, exciting, and perfectly tailored to their event.

What’s the best piece of advice you’d give someone planning entertainment for the first time?
Trust your creative partners. The right team between entertainment, design, and planning will translate your vision into something that feels cohesive and unforgettable.
Favorite event you’ve ever produced?
The 2025 Philadelphia WIPA Gala. We had the honor of designing a fully immersive musical journey based on a whimsical theme. Having such a large room of industry leaders experience that journey was such a pleasure.
How does it feel to be celebrating a decade in this industry?
I see the artists that have been on our roster since I started and those that have joined us throughout this decade, as well as my industry friends who have grown up beside me, and I feel incredibly proud and thankful. I’m thankful to have this opportunity to work in an industry I love alongside other hardworking and passionate creatives.
