Yamit and The Vinyl Blvd is the Jazz ensemble brainchild of vocalist and violinist Yamit Lemoine. Elegant, classy and glamorous, this band has a vintage sound, look, and feel that transports audiences back in time. Known for creating a lush ambience that is both sophisticated and fun, the band’s focus is Jazz from the 1920’s – 1960’s Golden Era, with a repertoire consisting of uptempo Swing tunes, Bossa Novas, New Orleans Jazz, Gypsy Jazz and some beautiful Classic Ballads. 


A few elements have played a role in establishing Vinyl Blvd as the crème-de-la-crème of Jazz bands in Miami. The first is Yamit’s definitive Jazz vocal timbre as well as her passionate violin playing. Additionally – while singing mostly English Jazz standards, Yamit also tastefully includes a handful of era-specific tunes in Spanish, French and Italian into the performance. Equally as importantly – each musician sharing the Vinyl Blvd stage has made a name for themselves in their own right within today’s thriving Jazz circuit. Band members are some of the most sought-after Jazz musicians in Miami and New York. 

Yamit and The Vinyl Blvd can get booked as a four-piece band and add players to form a remarkable seven-piece ensemble, or more if required. Currently based out of Miami, Yamit and The Vinyl Blvd regularly perform at Miami’s most swanky establishments such as The Faena Hotel, The Setai Hotel, The Four Seasons Hotel, The Betsy Hotel. The band is also available for private events and tours internationally for shows abroad.
