Vera Soul is a new-age band combining a sound influenced by classic rock, hard rock, pop punk, soul, and southern rock. At times the live performances take on a jam band feel, with extended portions of rhythm and groove.
Officially formed in late 2020, Vera Soul has been tearing up the SC and NC music scene ever since. While frequently performing at venues such as RJ Rockers and Main Street Pub in Spartanburg, and The Brickyard in Charlotte, the band has continued to grow and succeed.
So far in 2022, Vera Soul was the headlining band at Lenny Boy Brewing’s first annual “Strawberry Fest” in Charlotte, performed at Spring Fling for the City of Spartanburg, and will be one of 5 exclusive bands performing at Fr8yard’s “In Bloom Music Festival”.
Most importantly Vera Soul is set to release their debut album in April of 2022. The album is being recorded and produced by Rusty Milner, former lead guitarist of The Marshall Tucker Band.
