We enjoyed the Boomers and danced until lights came back on. We loved the vocalist, the sax player and the interactiveness of the bass and sax players on the dance floor. The music was great and matched all of our age groups quite well. We would book with you again

Excellent band and singers. The whole band was engaged with everyone especially the children and in particularly with my grandson Wyatt. Thanks for allowing him to use drumstick on some instruments. We heard lots of positive comments from everyone.

EXCELLENT!!! This band is one of the best we have ever heard play an event at Sun City. They played the kind of music people wanted for dancing. The floor was full the entire evening. We had so many positive comments and people wanted to know when we were going to schedule them for a return event. They may only be four people, but they sound like there are 20 people on the stage! All of them are very good singers, which you rarely in a group. Love, love, love them!

Just wanted to let everybody know that The Boomers FAR out performed our expectations. We had about 120 very happy guests and we rocked all night. It’s hard not to dance to their music! They are excellent musicians and all of them had great singing voices. I just can't say enough about them and how pleased we were! The Boomers were absolutely amazing!!! They are so, so talented. Everyone said they had the best time ever and our guests were truly obsessed with them. Steve, David and the Boomers - you guys are awesome. We were absolutely blown away with your capability of performing "Wind Beneath My Wings" with one day notice. We fully expected it to be via iPad, and when you performed live, our jaws dropped. Thanks for such a great party.

It was a whirlwind day as the bride, and I spent a lot of time talking to all the guests. I tried to stay on the dance floor as much as I could, and we really enjoyed the Boomers! They are very talented, and everyone enjoyed their music.

Our event went well, but the weather wasn’t great which I think prevented a lot of people from coming out. The Boomers were wonderful! So many people commented on how much they were enjoying them! The Boomers are fabulous!  Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories for our friends and family!  Everyone really raved about you guys. The Boomers are professional artists in every way! They brought their equipment into the venue in the torrential rains of Hurricane Matthew and were set up and ready to roll when the guests arrived several hours later. Our guests ranged from 22 years old to 87 and on the first note of the music the dance floor was immediately packed and stayed that way till the party ended. They don't just provide the music... they become the heart and soul of energy and celebration. Hardworking, awesome and a pleasure to do business with!!!!Best regards to all The Boomers!

After listening and reviewing many bands online we decided to book The Boomers for our daughter’s wedding.  The singers are excellent, the music was amazing, and the sound quality and volume was perfect. All the guests said they had never seen a wedding before where everyone hit the dance floor immediately and stayed the whole night. I will recommend them to everyone planning a wedding or an event.  Thank you to the entire band for making our daughter’s wedding so wonderful and unforgettable.  We were so pleased that we were able to get The Boomers. We will never forget how amazing the wedding was due in large part to The Boomers.

I just came back from my wedding reception and I am so glad I got a band instead of a DJ! The Boomers sounded PHENOMENAL! Their vibe, vocals, and ability to read the crowd are astounding and a mark of true talent! They made the whole booking process a breeze and were excellent communicators. I got what I paid for a so much more. The best part was seeing how everyone truly enjoyed their music; heck I would go to see these guys play even if it wasn't a wedding. Your band made our night! David,On behalf of my entire family, I want to thank you and the band for doing your part to make my daughter’s wedding reception a evening we will never forget.  Not having seen or heard the Boomers prior to booking the band I was more than hopeful (and a little concerned) that it would all go well.  Barry Herndon assured me that we would be very happy with the band.  On his recommendation we moved forward.  Throughout the lead-up to the wedding you were a pleasure to work with and very professional.  I can’t thank you all enough for your willingness to learn a special song, in just over a week,  for the Mother/Groom dance and then nailing it at the reception!  Our guests of all ages, 3 – 85, rocked the dance floor all night and raved about the band!David, I can only image how much fun it would be to be able to make people smile every time I went to work.  What a gift you all have.  Thank you so very much for sharing your gift with us July 4th weekend in Wilmington.

They were AMAZING! Perfect for the event and the music was great. Great musicians who have obviously been around for a while as I have seen them over the years playing with Deja Vu as well. They were awesome in this smaller context as you could hear and see how expert they were in their individual trades. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had The Boomers play at our wedding in Charleston, SC, and it was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. The wedding turned into a high energy dance party, and almost everyone was on the dance floor all night. I had several guests tell me that The Boomers were one of the best wedding bands they had ever heard, and we could not agree more. After the last song our guests wanted more and chanted encore to have one last song. Which pretty much sums up our experience with The Boomers, no one wanted the party to end! We met The Boomers back in June, 2011 at the kick-off for the Ford Focus 2012 Drive with Purpose event. Jason Michael Carroll was the celebrity selected for the Charlotte portion of the competitive fundraiser and Brittany's Battle, Inc. was his charity of choice. What a pleasant surprise to find out that Ford had chosen a local artist to perform at the multiple events around the Charlotte area. The Boomers were the perfect choice! Their performances were top notched and we were quite impressed. Not only were they very entertaining, they were extremely professional. Vaughan, Rick and the rest of the band fully supported BBI and our efforts to make Charlotte the top location between the four cities in the Ford national competition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, crowd pleasing, professional performer. They are the best!

As we pass our "monthiversary" and things start to calm down a little, we just wanted to send you a note thank you for everything you did for us! We were SOOOOO happy with our wedding and the energy and mood of the reception. There was so much excitement in the air and people were dancing til the very end (even with an encore!). That is exactly what we wanted to happen. It was perfect! Every song yall played was fantastic, but we especially loved your renditions of our first dance/father-daughter dance/mother-son dance. My wife and I set a very high bar for music at our wedding. We knew that we wanted a band that would appeal to guests of all ages. More importantly, as big music fans, we wanted a band that sounded great, had a cool vibe and a classy act. The Boomers exceeded all of our expectations. On a cold night, they kept us all dancing well past when everything was supposed to wrap up. Their vocals and instrumentation were awesome, whether for our first dance song or for more high-octane stuff post cake-cutting. We can't thank them enough for a fantastic night. We recommend them highly to anyone in search of a great wedding band.
