Michelle is a singer / songwriter / keyboard-piano player.
Michelle Renée, American singer songwriter releases her self-titled debut album. Michelle started performing in upstate New York as a five year old in her family’s musical group. They then moved to Germany where she performed all over the Frankfurt region with yet another band formed by her very musical mother. At that time she played maracas, a guitar that was larger than she was, and sang lead, continuing in that group until she moved back to the US as a teenager. Michelle then went on to write music and play guitar and piano in North Carolina.
This album is an 11 song masterpiece featuring Michelle’s sultry, breathy voice, and special rhythmic percussive vibe. The songs range from heartfelt ballads to passionate percussive-driven, mid-tempo songs topped off with pulsating dance-driven songs. The album showcases her style and innate ability to write heartfelt lyrics and catchy, captivating melodies.
