Back in the day… Â Oh, about 2004 or so… Â Â Len Rosen was touring with his band “Radio Theory” and running the “Monday Night Musician’s Jam” at the legendary Brandyhouse in Atlanta, GA. Â Musicians would come from all over the Southeast to Jam, Mingle, and Network. Â Pete Orenstein was playing with the band “Bonobos Convergence” and through the MNMJ, Â the two met, became fast friends, and started playing in various musical projects together.
After recording the “Len Rosen & The Tribe of Good Fortune” album and doing some touring with that project,  Len and Pete starting doing some duo gigs around Atlanta.  They quickly realized that they had a “thing” as a duo, and spent some time working out the kinks and developing an innovative and original sound involving Pete’s mastery of keyboard melodies and bass lines mixed with Len’s blend of Percussive rhythmic patterns with interweaving melody and harmony.  They realized that their voices had an amazing blend and with the high level of musicianship between the  two of them, they could put out a very full, interesting soun that people really respond to.
The Len & Pete show has  performed over 200 shows together,  with a blend of both cover and original material.  Bars, Clubs, Parties, Corporate Events…   even a wedding or two…   These guys have done it all and present a professional, engaging experience for their listeners no matter what the environment.
