Blaze The City played at our wedding in Columbia on 4/26. I do not have enough good things to say about this band. They were professional, adaptable, and extremely capable. They did a phenomenal job helping with the flow of the evening, addressing our every need, while getting everyone out on the dance floor. I would recommend them to anyone getting married.

Blaze the City was great! They created an amazing order to their set list that gave older guests some familiar hits earlier in the night and gradually got more contemporary as the night went on to meet with the younger guests’ music preferences. They also pivoted when a thunderstorm came mid reception and kept the crowd dancing on the dance floor even amid the rain. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about how amazing they were and we absolutely agree. Brandon was instrumental in meeting with us prior to the event to make sure we were on the same page about important songs for special dances as well as the overall vibe we wanted for our reception music. We loved having Blaze the City and would definitely book again.

Blaze the City and Brandon were AMAZING!! They were so easy to work with pre event and put on a great show! We threw a college graduation party with 230 people and they were able to entertain the entire crowd! Brandon even offered pre selected songs of choice if the crowd had interest. I would have them again for a future party! Do not miss out on them!

Made our entire reception! We had a very small wedding of 35 people, and it made the night unforgettable! Nisha sang for both our ceremony and first dance with just a guitar, and it was magical! The entire band was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better band!

We hired Blaze the City through East Coast Entertainment to play at our wedding in June. They were incredible! Super easy to coordinate with, very flexible especially with last minute changes. The band is amazing, they kept the dance floor full all night! All our guests were telling us how great they are. They play a variety of genres of music, so they're the perfect fit at any event.

We can’t say enough good things about Blaze the City! Everything you want in a wedding band. They know exactly what the crowd wants to hear and makes it their job to keep people on the dance floor! They were collaborative and incorporated all the songs we really wanted to hear. Our only wish is that we could have heard more! Highly recommend doing family toasts at the rehearsal dinner, you don’t want to miss a minute of their performance because they truly bring the party.

Blaze the City was an absolute blast. I'm writing this review three weeks after the wedding and people are still commenting on how much fun they were. The band plays just about every song you've ever heard of and know how to keep the party going- I'm fairly certain our only request was to keep the dance floor full and they more than delivered. They even learned our first dance song which sounded beautiful! Thank you for making our day so awesome!

Blaze the City absolutely killed it for our wedding. They played a great set list, mixed up songs and artists but most importantly had everyone on their feet (including my 90-year-old grandmother) the entire time. It was definitely a leap of faith to have a band we had not heard be such a crucial part of our big day, but we loved their song list and on the day of, we could not have been happier with our choice! Thanks to the band for making the night so much fun for both our guests and us.

BEST BAND EVER! Seriously, we could not have asked for a more engaging, fun, lively and talented band. We originally booked Blaze the City for our wedding scheduled on April 25th, but we had to reschedule due to COVID. Rescheduling the date and venue with Brandon (the drummer and coordinator) was such an easy process. He was super responsive when it came to communicating with us and was so accommodating and understanding. He made sure they were available for our new date and made the planning process leading up to our wedding such an enjoyable, easy experience. The entire band is SO sweet and friendly. When it came time to the reception day- of, the band learned to play our first song, father/daughter song and mother/son song which was really special to us. And once the party started they didn’t play your typical wedding band songs, but top chart songs! Everyone was on the dance floor dancing, singing along and having the best time. We continue to receive compliments on the band from our wedding, saying that they were one of the best bands they have seen - they helped make our special day so magical. We could not have asked for a better band for our wedding... I HIGHLY recommend hiring Blaze the City for your wedding or any party!
