Lee started his career in entertainment in 1973 as the social chairman of SAE fraternity at The University of Tennessee. While attending UT, he became an agent at the Armstrong Booking Agency in Macon, Georgia. It was there that Lee developed the fundamentals of client and band relations. Lee then continued with several different companies over the next decade, including Southeastern Attractions, Crescent Moon, as well as managing acts such as The Tams, The Impressions, Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose.

In 1988, Lee co-founded Prime Source Entertainment in Nashville, Tennessee. Prime Source became Nashville’s leading originator of entertainment for weddings, corporate events, private galas and parties, festivals and college events, both domestically and internationally.

For the last 16 years, Lee has had the blessing of working directly with his daughter Liza Crosby. Both Lee and Liza are thrilled to have merged with East Coast Entertainment. The shared values of trust, honesty and compassion for clients and entertainers alike is sure to make this a seamless marriage.

One of Lee’s favorite quotes is “character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you.” His affinity for the event industry can be seen time and time again in providing a top notch experience to his clients.
