Forty years ago, two guys in Richmond, VA took a chance and started a company that promised to bring the very best entertainment to every client event. Specializing in college, club and private party bookings, Dennis Huber and Steve Thomas used their musical backgrounds to ensure that every client was matched with a band that would leave their guests raving.

Fast-forward forty years. EastCoast Entertainment has grown into the largest, full-service entertainment agency in the country. Booking entertainment and producing custom events from not only coast-to-coast but around the globe, our company has flourished as a go-to source for creative entertainment.
Much has changed over the past forty years. Our company has grown from two guys in a start-up office to a multifaceted operation with over thirty-six experienced entertainment consultants and a corporate staff of nine spanning across fourteen brick-and-mortar offices. What hasn’t changed? Our promise to bring the very best entertainment to every client event.

Turning forty is a big deal. We have spent much time this year reflecting on our past, where it has brought us and where we want to head. One topic that has consistently come up: gratitude. Gratitude to our leadership and employees for giving 110% all day every day. Gratitude to our incredibly talented artists who continually inspire and wow us. And, especially, gratitude to our clients who have trusted us with their most memorable occasions for the past four decades.

Thanks to you the event planners, the brides and grooms, the social chairs, the country club managers, the gala coordinators, the corporate planners, the DMCs, the anniversary-havers, the festival planners, the party-throwers, the music-lovers, the performing arts centers, the small business celebrators, the convention organizers, the bar/bat mitzvah regalers, the debutante ballers, and all the have-a-good-timers who have enlisted our help over the years. We look forward to many more celebrations during the next forty years.
