We can’t decide what we love most about Laura and Chris’s wedding: Laura’s jaw-dropping two-piece gown; the captivating grounds of The VanLandingham Estate; the four-tiered cake dripping with hand-crafted gumpaste peonies; or, that the couple’s first dance song was to “Boogie Shoes” by KC & The Sunshine Band.
This former Carolina Panthers TopCat cheerleader and her hubs nailed the challenge of creating a beautiful and meaningful event, while at the same time keeping it light-hearted and fun! Their wedding was featured in Carolina Bride magazine where they were asked to describe their wedding in three words. They responded with, “Ethereal, effervescent, and—according to Chris—rowdy.”
