Event Recap: The Big Fake Wedding | Stone Tower Winery | Leesburg, VA

That is why we love experiential events like The Big Fake Wedding. Held in major cities across the country, The Big Fake Wedding brings together the city’s finest event vendors to execute an Instagram-worthy wedding. Engaged couples attend as guests and get to experience wedding vendors in action! The twist is instead of a real wedding ceremony, a married couple participates in a moving vow renewal ceremony. The bottom line? There is nothing fake about all of the fun that is had at The Big Fake Wedding.

ECE has been partnering with The Big Fake Wedding for several years. When we saw the event was coming to the DC area, we jumped at the chance to participate.

Stone Tower Winery was the host venue. Located about an hour west of the District, the rustic chic vibe of Stone Tower was the perfect backdrop to the romantic and earthy event design aesthetic. No wedding (even a fake one) is complete without some dance party fun. Perfect Party Band was just that – PERFECT! Guests and vendors alike were kicking up their heels on the dance floor. Above all, we cannot say enough great things about the vendors we worked with during this event. Some were old friends and some we had the pleasure of meeting for the first time, but all were creative, professional and such a blast to work alongside. We cannot wait to work with the members of this team again soon!
