More than 500 guests attended the 7th Annual Hamot Health Foundation Gala on January 6 at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. The theme of the evening was “To The Nines” due not only to the evening’s black-tie attire and elegant décor but to the fact that UPMC Hamot was recently ranked the ninth best hospital by U.S. News and World Report. The group honored The Erie Community Foundation for their tremendous support and also recognized Jim Fiorenzo for his 42 years of service to UPMC Hamot. After the cocktail reception and dinner, guests enjoyed dancing to the sounds of Jump Street Band.
