Two years ago today, Jules Foxworthy and Brendan Corely said I do at Sea Island – a luxury five-star resort located on Georgia’s Golden Isles. As children, both had spent time at the property during family vacations. Years later, when the time came to select a wedding venue, Sea Island felt like the perfect choice. It provided a sentimental, yet stunning backdrop for the neutral and timeless aesthetic they desired.
Over 320 family and friends gathered in the Cloister’s Mizner Ballroom to witness Jules and Brendan’s ceremony. The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father – famous comedian, Jeff Foxworthy. In a deeply moving moment, Mr. Foxworthy said a prayer over the couple before giving his daughter away.
Following the ceremony, everyone moved to The Beach Club for a blowout reception. After dining on delectable cuisine from multiple food stations, the party kicked into high gear with I Love This Band. Clients love this 12-piece ensemble with its tight choreography and powerhouse vocals. The band creates an over-the-top experience at every performance. Jules and Brendan’s Sea Island wedding reception was no exception. Guests flocked to the classic black-and-white dance floor and didn’t leave until the last note.
Thanks to Sarah Ingram for sharing the gorgeous images of Jules and Brendan’s wedding day. It was a celebration full of beauty, fun, and, most of all, love. It’s no surprise that Modern Luxury, Carats & Cake, and Sea Island’s blog chose to feature the couple on their sites.
