EastCoast Entertainment (ECE) announced a major milestone with its merger with The Comedy Zone Worldwide, one of the nation’s leading comedy networks. The merger resulted in the creation of ECE Comedy, a new division that brought together two entertainment powerhouses to expand ECE’s offerings into the comedy booking space.
Together, ECE and The Comedy Zone established themselves as a trusted leader serving event planners, venues, and clients looking for professional, innovative comedic entertainment.
The Partnership
As part of the merger, Brian Heffron, President of The Comedy Zone Worldwide, joined ECE as a Managing Partner and took the lead of the new ECE Comedy division. Heffron also retained ownership of his three Comedy Zone club locations.
Joining Heffron was longtime colleague Len Kure, who played a key role in expanding the Comedy Zone network and strengthening artist relationships. While the new ECE Comedy division focused on national event bookings, the franchised Comedy Zone clubs continued operating under their established brand.
