We Got the Beat was AMAZING! From the moment we watched their promo video online, we knew they were the band for us - and they did not disappoint! Brad and Jennifer are both so friendly, fun and kind. They knew exactly the type of vibe we were going for the night of our wedding and they delivered! They learned 3 new songs for us which was so appreciated - and they even played an encore at the end of the night! We got so many compliments from our guests on how they were the best wedding band they had ever heard, how amazing the setlist was, and even a comment from an uncle of the bride who said he hadn't danced that much since the 90s! If we were going to have another wedding or event with music, we would 100% book them again!

I always felt like the music at Weddings can make or break it, and they certainly made it happen! Brad was amazing, responding to my emails, filled with a happy, positive tone….which every bride -to -be, needs. We were such a procrastinator, and could not decide on a first dance song. One week before the wedding, we picked one, but then realized it was not on their song list. Well…Brad found out Julie knew it, and the rest of the band learned it as well. I couldn’t believe it worked out. I would have been fine if they played an mp3 for it. Julie came up to me before our first dance to explain how the intro would go…she was awesome. All night long my friends kept telling me how great the band was. Everyone had an amazing time. Thank you for being a part of a magical evening, and bringing on part of that magic!

The band went down brilliantly, the client really liked the start with the band in the audience, it did exactly what we needed, distracting the audience from the moving of the tables and keeping up the energy of the evening. Brad and his team did a brilliant job of keeping people engaged and dancing for their full 3 hour set. We Got the Beat was nothing short of outstanding! They exceeded all expectations. Not only were they all extremely talented, but they were all really nice people and a pleasure to work with. Their male and female vocalists amazed us all with their range and how closely they could sound to whichever artist they were covering. The vocalists also played off each other and the crowd to keep our event fun and exciting. The musicians were top notch too. They played music from several genres and mixed it all together in a really fun way. Everyone left our event commenting on how absolutely awesome they were. The band was amazing!  I really appreciated their communication from beginning to end on all topics.  Sometimes it’s hard bringing everyone together because each vendor has their own relationship with the event host.  But it was so smooth on this event from the photographer to the band and everything in-between.

I heard great feedback from Will & Courtney on the band as well as additional comments from my team and the guests.  The parents of the bride are long time members and her father (who recently passed last week, the memorial is tomorrow at the Club) was a past president of the Club.  So there were many members in attendance on Saturday.  They are a tough crowd, but they had all good things to say as well! 

One thing I wanted to make sure you knew was that the lead singer (I forgot her name! Sorry!) was so sweet to Courtney.  It was raining all afternoon and Courtney’s hair needed a small touch-up.  The lead singer took her straightener out and helped her fix it!  We try to exceed our members/guests expectations at all times here at BCC and we also want to work with vendors who do the same – I was super impressed.

Hey Rick, the Fair has been going great so far – we had A LOT of compliments on WE Got The Beat – I’m sure that we will be using them again. They are completely different than En Vogue, and the crowd was looking at them funny when they walked on stage, and even our AV guy, said, “I don’t know if you picked the right opener for this” Two minutes into the first song they had the whole crowd up and dancing! After the show the AV guy looked at me and said “DAMN! I don’t know where you found this group, but En Vogue is going to have a tough time topping them! I’ve never seen a group get the whole audience up like that out here!"

We Got the Beat is the best wedding band out there! They knew all the right songs to play and kept the energy on the dance floor up all night! The band is also extremely nice and took some pictures of the reception and shared with me the morning after the wedding! Absolutely loved working with them. I would recommend this band to EVERYONE!

You guys rocked so much.  I wish we could have had another 3 hours to party with you all-- I can not tell you how much I enjoyed having you guys play at our wedding.  The pictures are fantastic and I think really capture how much fun we had...

Please tell the rest of the band how much we loved it and let me know if I can leave you some rave reviews somewhere.  Definitely exceeded our expectations-- thanks for making our wedding day so special.  I know everyone loved 'Roxanne' and Craig and I thought your rendition of 'It's Your Love' was fantastic.

If you guys ever play locally, I'd definitely come out!! :)

The band was fantastic.  I didn't even know they had car trouble.  They got set up quickly and were very professional.  They really outperformed all our expectations!  All our guest were asking for their information and complementing their music.  I will be glad to post a review on the website you listed.  Please express to the band how pleased we were with their performance.  Truly they were great and definitely helped to create a perfect day for us.

We Got the Beat was incredible at our wedding and even our photographer was impressed by the number of people we had on the dance floor. They were great and got everyone up and dancing. They were extremely flexible with us as well. They played a great mix of music and we loved every minute!

Loved this band and so did our guests at the Toms-Ferrell Wedding this weekend at The Gardens at Great Oaks. Roswell. The timing was perfect for diner, dancing and keeping all for more than 4 hours. Their sound is superb to the point where all our guests where asking, "Who is that band, I'd love to hire them!" Great for all ages as the 80's music is known by our kids from youth & their parents yet young enough to rock the current hits! Thanks again, "We Got the Beat" for making the night--for the happy couple as well as the party going!

It was great absolutely love the band.  All members were so helpful.  They also sounded great and we had many laughs through the night.  Thanks for everything.  I know the bride and Groom loved them too.  And many guests complimented them.

We Got the Beat was over-the-top phenomenal. Our guests loved them and were amazed with their talent and professionalism. They provided an incredible three hour nonstop dance party that everyone of all ages loved. One of our guest's comments was..."Whatever you paid them, it wasn't enough." I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a reception or party.

AWESOME!  We Got The Beat was amazing - 20 or more people came up to comment on how great they were and to ask how I found them - they really made me look like a genius. They sounded amazing, we loved all the songs they played, everyone had a blast (and danced the night away!).

Brad and his crew were very professional and great to work with.

I would absolutely hire them again and would love to write them a recommendation. We could not be more pleased!

When your entire party at the wedding is chanting for an encore, of not just one more song, but five more songs, I think that about says it all when it comes to We Got the Beat. Working with the band prior to the wedding and during the wedding was very smooth. During the wedding the lead singer checked-in with us to see when we want to do certain traditions and when to turn the party up. The band learned and played a specially requested song for our first dance, which was absolutely beautiful. We can't thank the band enough for such a great time.

Just back from our honeymoon and we still can't stop talking about our amazing time on the dance floor courtesy of We Got the Beat :)

One thing - we want to make a wedding playlist just to keep for ourselves - do you by any chance still have the set list you used for our wedding? Even a rough starting point would be great. The night is kind of blurring together, haha.

First of all, let me tell you again what a true pleasure it is to work with Brad and the entire band of "We Got The Beat". We have gotten nothing but positive feedback on this band. Our client was extremely happy and kept asking me "Where did you find these this band!". We hit a home run on this one. We will have a follow up meeting with the foundation next week and I hope to be able to go ahead and secure their approval to book the band again for next year's event.

All I can say is WOW and Thank You! Having been a DJ for 8 years and in a rock band for 6, I can appreciate when entertainers are absolutely spot on and you my friends were the stars of our event. Thank you for being easy to work with on the biz side but mostly by putting on an absolutely amazing show and illustrating a hard ass work ethic to boot (no breaks, yes almost everyone noticed and commented on that). Knowing exactly how far to stray and when to bring it home with a favorite at just the right time showed me that you truly know how to read a crowd and give them what they want. I can't say enough great things about We Got the Beat. They literally blew us away! Jonathan and I were a little concerned as they didn't have that many reviews and Becca had never worked with them. We went with our gut feeling and it certainly paid off. From the guitarist at the ceremony to our first dance, they were so accommodating with our requests. Unfortunately, we got off to a bit of a late start with the ceremony. Brad made sure to locate Jonathan and I in the crowd to find out which songs we wanted to hear before the end of the night. They also skipped a break to make up for lost time. We truly appreciated this. They engaged the crowd and just generally rocked the whole night. I'm sure they would have played into the wee hours of the morning if the venue had let them! Jonathan (who is not a big dancer) danced the entire time as did I. We have also been receiving rave reviews from all of our wedding guests. In fact, we had a guest contemplating canceling the band for her daughter's upcoming wedding to hire We Got the Beat. If her husband hadn't reminded her that they had already put down a deposit, I'm pretty sure she would have booked them on the spot :) Please pass this e-mail onto the band. We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding night SO much fun. They sounded awesome and are true professionals.

This band was awesome in involving all ages and had the crowd begging them to continue when the had to stop. We hired them based on their video on EastCoast Entertainments website. They surpassed our expectations in every way. Wondrful to work with. Made my daughters wedding wonderful.
