Meet Ellie Schwarz, one of ECE's Managing Directors! 🎶 On November 11th, Ellie celebrated an incredible 17 years with ECE. In 2018, she joined the ownership group and now serves as Co-Managing Director for our Charlotte, Asheville, and Columbia locations.

Ellie's success stems from her unique blend of real-life experience as both a band member and producer, along with her passion for educating musicians about the importance of promotion and visibility. Her comfort around artists has allowed her to forge strong, positive relationships with musicians nationwide.

She has received accolades including the "Best of" in events and catering from the National Association of Catering & Events (NACE) and was named Event Professional of the Year in 2011. In 2016, ECE was honored as Entertainment Company of the Year by the Appalachian Chapter of NACE. Most notably, Ellie received the prestigious Sheryl Benson Award in 2022, recognizing her high ethical standards and embodiment of honesty, integrity, and team spirit.
