Heroes at Last, an acoustic duo/trio, delivers a refreshing, modern take on acoustic music throughout the Carolinas. Originally from New York and Pennsylvania, the founding members, Dean Peterson and Dave McGarry, joined forces April 2010 in Charlotte, NC. Since then they have progressively exploded into the Charlotte music scene and have shown no signs of slowing down. In 2014, they kicked it up a notch by adding Jesse Lee on percussion to complete the full band sound. Heroes At Last brings two acoustic guitars and three part harmonies to another level with an eclectic variety of songs that can appeal to just about anyone. These guys are known for engaging the crowd like no other and letting their personalities shine through, so that everyone can feel a part of the show. By taking requests on the fly, bringing audience members up on stage, and so on. You just never know what they’re gonna do next, Â seems to be the buzz on the street; which in turn keeps the fans coming back for a wildly refreshing show, each and every time. With that being said, the Heroes can bring a full production to any event, large or small, ranging from an intimate duo set up to a full blown trio rock show including their signature lighting, fog machines, and electronic sampled drums/percussion. Heroes At Last will continue to assert their presence in the local music scene and are certain to make any event a great, memorable time.
