Diane McIntosh has performed lead vocals for some of Atlanta’s premier variety bands. After numerous inquiries from guest asking for other opportunities to hear her, she finally formed her own band in order to showcase her versatility and unique style. She is backed by a dynamnic rhythm section, which features some of Atlanta’s musical elite. The band can deliver light, smooth selections during the dinner portion of your event, and transition the mood to the very best in party music. The band can easily condense to a duo or trio and expand to an 8-piece, with a dynamic horn section and effortlessly move through many musical genres. Diane’s infinite versatility moves from Celine to The Supremes, from Mariah to Shania, or from the “Gloved One” to the “Purple One.” She delivers a vast mix of Beach, R&B, Funk, Jazz, Disco, 60’s-90’s, Country, and Top 40. And if you love Motown, look no further! Thos Detroit native grew up in the heart of the Motown sound, and has been wailing Motown hits since she learned to talk.

Diane’s career credits extend beyond her incredible vocal ability. She once delivered an opening performance for the 70’s funk group, “The Bar-Kays. Also a songwriter, Diane penned a ballad for R&B singer, Miki Howard. The album entitled “Three Wishes” was released in 2001 and was nominated for a Grammy in 2002 for Best Traditional R&B Album.

Many have been intrigued by Diane’s ability to entertain people of all ages, including children. She has turned Bar Mitzfahs into mini-concerts and turned grown-ups into children! The Diane McIntosh Band prides itself on producing results…laughter, fun, nostalgia, and memories for years to come!
