Ken was absolutely incredible. He was so easy to work with in preparation for our Wedding, and was so helpful in guiding us and providing suggestions to help make our day so seemless and special. On our big day, Ken set up everything so perfect and executed our plan to perfection without any hiccups. Even with him needing to be flexible with three different systems (outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour space, and reception), he transitioned seamlessly and didn't miss a beat. He kept the party going and had everyone dancing all night!! Ken was so friendly and fun to be around all night. I can't thank Ken enough for being instrumental in our day being absolutely perfect!!

We had hired Ken Markovits as our DJ and audio specialist. I reference Ken as more than a DJ because that is exactly how he served our wedding needs. From the pre-wedding coordination, to the venue setup, to the actual audio support of the wedding itself, to the post wedding reception, Ken was OUTSTANDING! We had full services from Ken for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. These were all flawless and seamless. On a great but stressful day, we found Ken to be so helpful. He anticipated potential problems and had already addressed them. He also served as a wonderful MC for the events of the reception to keep us on schedule and allow appropriate time for each aspect of the reception, particularly the dancing. I know that our family has a wide appreciation for multiple styles of music and Ken was amazing at accommodating and integrating all of them smoothly! Thank you again for helping us with our event but particularly for providing Ken for our needs. Wonderful!

He was very transparent about what works best dependent on the surrounding environment (e.g., indoor vs outdoor venue) and provided wonderful advice while also respecting our personal genres/affinities. Ken was amazing! Highly highly recommend for anyones wedding. He worked well with the caterer and photographer. He went with the flow with the whole event. Never pushed anyone to rush through their part of the event. He was very positive and out going. Read the room well and played all the music we wanted and had great music he picked as well. 10/10 recommend.

I truly can’t imagine a better DJ for our wedding! Ken was so incredible and I didn’t leave the dance floor the entire time! His timing, knowledge of music, and flexibility made for such a fun party. Our friends all had a BLAST, and we had guests of all ages. Ken is fantastic at reading the room and selecting songs that would keep the fun going. I recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. He is AMAZING!!!

I really cannot say enough great things about Ken – he was amazing to work with and went above & beyond what was asked. He coordinated and cut the tracks with our Starlet Jill – showed up at the venue early to allow for plenty of rehearsal time. We couldn't be happier with DJ Ken's performance at our wedding! Before the wedding, Ken was extremely easy to work with, letting us customize the playlists to our taste but also lending his years of experience to our selections. Ken and his assistant also clearly know their equipment well - Ken accommodated three different set ups with ease, and was fully independent, making our personal experience a breeze. Then, during the wedding itself, everything was wonderful! Ken made sure we and our guests danced all night long. Overall, a great time, we can't recommend Ken enough!

He was amazing! Reception was essentially on pilot mode for us meaning we didn’t have to worry about the music's, timeline, etc. Ken was an expert MC. We’d recommend Ken to anyone else! Overall, our guests all said they’d never been to a wedding ceremony and reception like this and had a ton of fun.

We tracked Ken down after seeing him in action at our friends' wedding, and we are so glad that we did! He was calm, communicative, personable, and professional in the week leading up to our wedding and throughout the event itself. I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how wonderful Ken was on Friday evening. He was so nice, showed up on time, and was very accommodating. The trivia itself was SO much fun, the birthday boy loved it. Ken set up the projector and screen so we were able to do trivia with visuals which was so cool! There isn't enough room for this at Seaboard so we were excited to experience something new. Everyone had such a wonderful time playing trivia. It was so nice that Ken also provided us with music. I can't say enough good things about Ken and our experience.

We would highly recommend Ken Markovits for any event. Ken was incredibly responsive and receptive to our idea, helpful in guiding and shaping our event, and exceptionally communicative both before and during the event to ensure our wedding went exactly the way we wanted. Ken had fantastic suggestions and ideas, and brought up questions in advance we hadn't thought about. We especially appreciate all of the extra attention he paid to us by arriving at the venue very early to check equipment, checking in with us via email when he arrived to let us know he had met with the event manager, and checking in with us throughout the night to help keep the wedding running smoothly and on time. My 94-year-old grandmother complimented the music numerous times, and he did a fantastic job of mixing all of our favorite songs with popular dance friendly songs. Additionally, I would like to highlight that Ken not only abided by COVID guidelines but made sure we felt comfortable with the setup and layout of the dance floor to maintain both social distancing and a great time. Ken was a true professional with a great sense of humor and exceptional attention to detail, and I would highly recommend him for any other event. We had absolutely zero worries with Ken in charge.

Ken was a great DJ - he was actually our most complimented vendor. Lots of guests mentioned to us just after the wedding how much they enjoyed his music. From the bride perspective, he was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He actually gave me a few suggestions for the order and progression of the wedding that our coordinator hadn't even given that I ended up using. Definitely not within his duties as a DJ, so he went above and beyond for us.

Ken was a real asset to our wedding. Due to the pandemic we weren't able to have group dancing during our reception and Ken offered to run trivia for our guests instead- our guests said it was one of their favorite parts of the wedding. His music choices were thoughtful and we would definitely recommend him!

Ken is absolutely fantastic. He did a great job finding ways to entertain a group of middle schoolers who weren't into dancing, and had some really creative ideas for games that the kids could get excited about. The music was great and he was very receptive to hearing our ideas prior to the party. He was also very conscientious, arriving very early to set up and making sure we were satisfied when the party ended earlier than expected, about continuing the music or not. Altogether a pleasure working with Ken, would recommend him to anyone

I just wanted to give DJ Ken a review. He was wonderful and so easy to work with. From the very beginning he was quick to answer my emails and stay in touch throughout the process. We were able to talk on the phone the week of the party and I had sent him an extensive list of songs. I had highlighted the definite ones to play during the evening and he made sure all of those got played. He was helpful when I would ask his opinion on how to handle different parts of the evening. The karaoke was great. Our guest had a ball doing that and he was great to encourage them and help get all that started. It was a wonderful evening and Ken was a big part of that process.

This is a very long overdue letter to each of you, to tell you what a great asset Ken is to your company. We have had the pleasure of working with Ken for the past 7 years on our Old Edwards Company Christmas Party for 300 people. Each year he makes it an amazing success and is just a joy to work with. We feel very much like he is a part of our Old Edwards Family at this point. He is such a gentleman. So much fun and always positive. He is willing to do whatever we ask, show up early, stay late and provide just the right vibe for a wonderful party for us. WE LOVE HIM. And there is not another person who we want to be at the helm for the music and setting the tone for this very important year end celebration! I just wanted to take a moment to tell you this and needed you to know how much we appreciate him, his communication and can do attitude. Ken with Eastcoast Entertainment was amazing at our wedding! He was extremely professional, and was very communicative! We talked via email and had a couple in person meetings. He really took the time to make our party just how we wanted it! We went through every part of the night and planned it perfectly and he delivered it even better than expected! He even recreated the intro from the Chicago Bulls basketball for our entrance! We got so many raves from our guests about the playlist, there were people dancing all night! He had the best equipment and lighting! Everything was perfect!! Ken was a rockstar! I would highly recommend him for any event! Thank you!
