A Richmond, Virginia native, Diane is the friendly voice you hear when you call our 855 number. In addition to routing clients to agents, Diane enthusiastically helps out as needed in both the accounting and marketing departments. “I love being a part of the ECE team. I work with truly great people and love all the new and exciting things the company is doing,” states Diane.
When not tackling her duties at ECE, Diane enjoys traveling to the beach, cheering on her favorite sports teams and, most of all, spending time with her family (She was a “Dance Mom” for 35 years!).
